The founder of the forensic linguistic school of language profiling® is one of the world's leading language experts. Since 1986, and having processed over 1,800 cases, Raimund Drommel has been the bane of all anonymous criminals.

Drommel taught as a language profiler, specializing in linguistics, psycholinguistics, phonetics and criminology at various universities in Germany and abroad.

In connection with the language profiling® he developed, he was, among other things,.

  • From 1988 to 1999: Consulting expert for the Federal Prosecutor General with a focus on "Language analysis - combating terrorist violent crime" (in close cooperation with the State Security Service, with Federal Prosecutor Dr. Peter Pöpperl and with Rudi Geil, Minister of the Interior and for Sport of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate),

Since 1986, not a week has passed in which Raimund Drommel has not analyzed texts subject to copyright dispute. Through this extensive work, he has acquired a wealth of experience that is probably unmatched internationally in this field by any other forensic linguist.

But what is so special about Raimund Drommel's forensic-linguistic method? – No one else uses linguistic, psychological, and criminological approaches in text analysis.

Following his Spiegel bestseller The Code of Evil (Heyne HC 2011), Drommel presented the scientifically based volume Language Profiling – Basics and Case Studies (Frank & Timme 2015).
